Ticket Cancellations / Refund:

Cancellation 14 days prior to the scheduled dance date – a refund minus 50% will be applicable to cover admin – and bank charges.

Cancellation within 14 days of the event, no refund will be issued. It is important to note that tickets cannot be transferred to future events and are only valid for the specified dance date.

Cancelation of the event:
Refund of the ticket price will be applicable.

Birthday Tickets:
Birthday tickets can’t be sold or transferred to another person, and each ticket is only valid for its designated month.

Group photos:
The Gat party reserves the right to use group photographs taken at their events for publication or other media materials produced, used, or contracted by The Gat party. This can include social media platforms, websites, and advertisements. When a group photo is taken indicate to the photographer you want to move out of the view of the camera as you don’t want to be in the photo prior to the photo being taken.

Video snippets:
Random videos of dancing people on the dance floor taken for the same purposes as group photos are problematic as
certain people cannot be excluded from a random video. Rather not attend the dance if you don’t want to be on a random video snippet.

Age restrictions:
Entry is strictly prohibited for individuals under the age of 18.

If you buy a ticket and attend the dace you agree to the above conditions, understand it and consent thereto.
