A refund will only be issued if the ticket(s) are successfully resold. If they are not resold, no refund will be provided.<br \/><br \/>Tickets cannot be transferred to a future event and are valid only for the date stated on the ticket.<br \/><br \/><br \/><strong>Event Cancellation<\/strong><br \/>If Gat Party cancels an event, ticket holders will receive a full refund of the ticket price.<br \/><br \/><br \/><strong>Birthday Tickets<\/strong><br \/>Birthday tickets may not be sold or transferred to another person. Each birthday ticket is valid only for its designated month.<br \/><br \/><br \/><strong>Photography and Video<\/strong><br \/>Gat Party reserves the right to use photographs and videos taken at its events for promotional, publication, and marketing purposes. This may include social media, websites, printed materials, and advertisements.
