Terms and Conditions

Ticket Cancellations and Refunds
Tickets cancelled at least 14 days before the scheduled event will qualify for a full refund.

For cancellations made less than 14 days before the event, the ticket(s) will be offered for resale. A refund will only be issued if the ticket(s) are successfully resold. If they are not resold, no refund will be provided.

Tickets cannot be transferred to a future event and are valid only for the date stated on the ticket.


Event Cancellation
If Gat Party cancels an event, ticket holders will receive a full refund of the ticket price.


Birthday Tickets
Birthday tickets may not be sold or transferred to another person. Each birthday ticket is valid only for its designated month.


Photography and Video
Gat Party reserves the right to use photographs and videos taken at its events for promotional, publication, and marketing purposes. This may include social media, websites, printed materials, and advertisements. Separate written permission from individuals appearing in these photographs or videos will not be required.
